4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, return, or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted if the item has been heavily used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day return window.
6. Exchanges
